Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and eager Sales and Service Representative with strong customer service and sales skills to join our fast-paced contact center.

SALARY RANGE: $36,722.00 – $55,084.00

Functions & Qualifications

Functions & Requirements

      1. Selling auto, homeowners, and renter’s insurance products,
      2. Advising prospects and policyholders about protection and coverage,
      3. Providing excellent customer service,
      4. Explaining about DTRIC products, plans, and programs, and
      5. Moving in-bound and online leads as necessary

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Skills/Knowledge

  1. At least six (6) months work experience in a call center, sales environment, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  2. Insurance Producer license preferred. Paid training is provided for new hires without a license.
  3. Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus.
