Our staff participated in the May 18 Waikiki Visitor Industry Charity Walk sponsored each year by the Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association. Mahalo to everyone who “walked the walk”!
DTRIC cares team planted 15 fruit trees. The variety included ulu, lemon, wax jambu, soursop, Surinam cherry, marang and mountain apple.
Last month, over 1,000 elementary, middle and high school students participated in “Stop If You Love Me” as part of the traffic safety campaign of the same name to reduce risky driving behaviors.
Twenty-seven schools statewide participated in “Stop If You Love Me” Week from February 12 to 15. The traffic safety campaign was sponsored by Hawaii State Department of Education’s (DOE) Driver Education Program, DTRIC Insurance, and Par Hawaii.
